High Desert Site Services offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on High Desert Site Services subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt, or contact us at support@highdesertss.com and we will arrange it for you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show the credit.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Paddle’s refund policy also applies to all orders.
